Grown on a ylang plantation, the patchouli oil used here has taken on some of the creamy, floral aspects of ylang, and the higher dose used gives the scent a hypnotic and heady character. Intense and captivating!
The topnote of patchouli is enlivened and made spicy with a delicious hot pepper note, and soothed into roundness with a refined, dark cocoa powder. In the base, warm, creamy vanilla and woods create a soft oriental effect.
