At Olfactory Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't perfectly suit your skin chemistry, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original designer packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit, including any promotional samples received.

• 3.
  Ship with Ease

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our scent experts inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
